The question for me at least, is what shall we watch when the Binky rubber finally hits the road.
The Escargot does not quite hit the mark, when comparing a big van to a 4wd drive, turbocharged wee beastie.
Maybe an outing to a race track every so often but I need Brackets, gotta have brackets.

Another good one is KSR fabrication. While they occasionally do a bit of hooning, the work quality is excellent.

I have been watching this bloke https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gl2p2ivx_As
He is an engineer who worked at Tesla, did some NASCAR work and generally knows his stuff. A lot of it is talking over view rather than hands on tools but if he has to modify or just do something he explains in plain language what is going on with some humour. He built an S600 Honda with a bike motor and then decided to hybridise it and he explains why it was a failure.CHRIS

One I found a little while back is Alan Millyard whose work is maybe sort of a Binky of motorbikes (without witty voiceovers).
This one is of a 5 liter V twin that he mostly built himself (and in about 9 months)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-Xr...=AllenMillyard
Second is a V12 2300cc bike based on a (make that two) Kawasaki straight 6 engine and frame.

He's built / modified a dozen or more bikes of all shapes and sizes

In response to KB's request for pictures...
spring bracket 2.jpgspring bracket 1.jpg
The top parts are milled from 5.5" x 4.5" x 4" blocks, the drop plates are 8" x 3.5" x ¾". The mounting holes are 1.5" diameter.

Thank you Tony,
I watched the Millyard vids and this bloke is something else.He presents as someone you might imagine as a mild mannered sunday school teacher.
The bikes he creates are unbelievable. I thought yeah! here we go,another bloke dumping a huge motor and ending with something that shred tires while it demolishes 1/4" mile drag records.
Nothing was more further from the truth.I saw him riding wonderfully powerful but controllable motor cycles. Truly interesting watching
A gifted engineer by any standard, he is able to build very presentable machines and remain quite modest about his achievement.
