seeking parts for Century single phase 2hp motor from primo lathe.
I have a fully working (was) Primo lathe - has a Century 2hp single phase motor (reversible) The motor backing plate was destroyed when a heavy item fell against it. I am seeking a replacement backing plate - or even a whole motor even if non-working (but with good backing plate). Will need seller to arrange freight of item (my expense of course) unless you also are in NSW Australia.
Regards, Lyndon

Welcome to the Forums
Your post was moved to the appropriate section - Wanted to Buy as it did not belong where it was posted in the General Engineering Forum. Your post was auto moderated as the program software prevents certain actions - like pasting a email link in your first ten posts. I have edited out your email address as its presence may leave you open to all sorts of security problems.
Usually posters need to post 10 threads before the software allows links and inserted photos.
If you goto the top left CNR where it says FORUM and click on it,a drop down menu will appear.
Select the first title Forum Home and click on that. That will give you access to a scroll down page.
Please read the first one - Terms of Use - which are our rules. The rest of the scroll down page gives the links to all the other areas.
Other pages like the one where I posted your post, Wanted to Buy, also have stickies which give guidance to what can be posted or not.
You might consider posting an introduction in the The Welcome wagon , found in the scroll down page as described above.

Welcome to the Forum. I have found it to be a group of people with a wealth of knowledge, and are happy to share it. A picture would help!
My Premo is different, and they are not that common any more!
