WTB- Advance lathe change gears
I have an early Advance lathe that is missing all the change gears, and the banjo bracket.
I'm going around in circles trying to work out the best way to get change gears, 3d printing plastic ones, or have a go at cutting them.
I thought I'd ask here before I delve too far, would there be anyone out there that might have some usable gears?
From what I've worked out, the gears are 20DP with a 14.5 degree pressure angle, and Myford gears match.
Myford gears go for a fairly sturdy price on ebay and the likes, and to buy a set I'd exceed what I feel this lathe is probably worth, so I'm hoping there is someone on here that might have some gears kicking around that might work for me.

A photo of an existing gear might help - some people have spares floating around and they can be adapted, provided that there is not a unique hub or something.

Gears should be 5/8” bore with 1/8” keyway not sure on the width.
Good luck with your search but seeing that your lathe by your estimate is worth less than $150 you might be hard pressed to find gears for a lower price, you may fluke someone who will give them away.

$150 is what I got the lathe for. I haven't seen a lot of sets going online, and individually they seem to be going in the range of $40 inc postage per gear. That might be OK if i was only looking for one or two.
I just happened to pick up a set of myford gears from ebay for $120, so I'm all sorted for now.
I'll make up the banjo bracket and gear studs to suite the lathe and the change gears.
Cheers.
