Wayne 605 Petrol bowsers
My van has been off the road for a while now still waiting for parts so had a bit of spare time recently , so i cleaned my old bowsers sitting around the yard that ive pickup over the years. Getting parts was the hard bit . I went caltex livery with one and Shell livery with the second one. From what i could tell they were originally Golden fleece and Mobil . A photo shows panels with rust spots which is typical on all of them so i cut the rust out , plated over and smoothed out with a bit of nicky, came out allright. I didnt put the internal pumps and compressors back into these two to make it easier to handle. I still need to fit aluminium trim and need to get caltex bowser face plates re enamelled + hoses. I actually got 6 of these Wayne bowsers but not getting anymore, lol . A few pics ;

Wow, they are nice. I know they are collectors items now but what about when everyone has gone electric EV?
People won't know what they are!
They will be ridiculous expensive!

Sent from a galaxy far far awayGirl, I don't wanna know about your mild-mannered alter ego or anything like that." I mean, you tell me you're, uh, super-mega-ultra-lightning babe? That's all right with me. I'm good. I'm good.

slapped together a metal rhs table from left overs 1200x700x900, its far from perfect but solid and heavy , a few cross braces under the top stop it flexing. The top is upside down 2mm chq plate. Its to display old skool oil bottles and jerry cans. The shelf allows plastic storage tubs to fit in nicely although wasnt intented that way more luck than anything. The compressor lives underneath it.
