In saying that sometimes it pays to see if it is actually needed. At times I seem to be great at finding solutions to problems that don't actually exist.

the problem with extraction is fall out...it may not stay in your property. so one needs to be careful especially if neighbor has just put washing on the line or have a roof which collects rainwater
