    Got the glass fitted and also fitted a screen mesh behind the glass,could not get the fold marks out of the mesh so it's a bit hard to see but will try it out. Need to order new rubber gloves the left one already has a couple of splits in it Stated working on the dust collecting system. OH!! and the bloody air valve is still tripping the circuit breaker I have a sparky coming over next week to get this problem work out i give up.

    Hi Mark,

    I don't know whether it will work for you, but I use a hard rubber roller to iron out kinks in wire mesh and thin sheet material. You will need to do this on a hard surface like a sheet of glass. I have a marble plate that I use.

    I made mine from a scrap photocopier feed roller by turning the rubber off at the ends so that I could support the steel spindle with simple holes drilled into a bent piece of flat steel. Mine is about 6" inches long with a wood handle. I've also used it to spread ink when printing engravings and pressing the paper onto the plate.

    Hi John, yeah i have a small rubber roller but i can not find the bloody thing I move the light towards the back and it help out a bit, lets see how that goes

    I can now say that this project is finish and working great Still need to do some adjustments, started with some walnut shells first have some glass beads and some garnet blast media to try out as well. I work out the air solenoid valve,very easy no need for a sparky
