Drill Presses Using Mag Drills
I put these two guys together using Walker Turner bases, Delta tables, and 2 3/4" DOM tubing for the columns. The variable speed, reversing mag drill is a BDS MAB465. The one with the power feed is a BDS AutoMAB450. BDS is a German manufacturer.
Both have two speed gearboxes and a 2" annular cutter capacity. The table height adjustments were pirated from Bugo torch holding apparatus. I probably could have bought a drill press with the same features for the same or less money, but where's the fun in that?
