Hi Phil,
Just read this thread. I've been very busy preparing for a trip to Birdsville and across the simpson desert, leaving tomorrow.
Anyway it saddens me to hear how you have been treated in the workplace. Anyone who really knows you and who have met you would know that you are a fair and kind person.
Visits to the "hill" will never be the same knowing you won't be there.
I get back from our trip early August and I have another 2 weeks off after that. Maybe a catchup is in order?
PS. Your ball Turner is a nice job. I like the boring head type design as it allows a much closer setup to the Chuck.
Cheers mate.
Simon

Very kind words indeed Simon.
I will miss those visits that's for sure and from other forum members as well. I have to say that I miss the job terribly but am managing to keep my hand in out in the shed.
Enjoy the break and safe travels and we'll organise a catchup for sure.
Phil

Great job Phil, looks good and works well. Sorry to hear what happened with your Job. Unbelievable that they would treat you like that after 40 years. Thinking of crap like that makes me glad I'm my own Boss. All the best in your Retirement.
