Someone like a railway or foundry might have, but I think you would find war tags or some branding. We didn't have a real unbranded machine export market at the time.
We didn't get going until ww1.

I did see this for sale the other day. It looks to have a similar style base and looks of the same vintage. Unfortunately my eye sight is not so good and I cant read the manufacturers name. I have tried calling the number on the add with no response. Door size looks like a fit also.
I wonder if this company made milling machines as well.
