a new bod on the block.
I am brand new to the forum and the world of metal lathes. My first question is I have just become the owner of a Pacific SSB-15BHK Lathe. I know nothing about it and am trying to source a manual. Any clues?

It's possible the SS means Shun Shin. Made in Taiwan I believe.

Just so you don't get your hopes up, there will probably not be anything that resembles a detailed manual out there telling you exactly how to drive it. If you can post a picture of the lathe, members would have a better chance of helping you, as many of these lathes are the same thing but made under different names - and shipped around the world too.
There is a good chance that some one has one like it and can at least point you in the right direction.
