Howdy Mick.
Are you still active with metal? Welding & Fabrication? Machining?
I am setting up a large man cave (or smallish factory) at Revesby

At the moment, just making a mess
Have done a few tiny machining jobs for factory neighbours or random walk-ins, but mainly repairing machines given to me, acquiring tools, trying to store and organise.
My father was a patternmaker, so I played with a lathe and some fabrication as a kid.
I was more into electrical and computer, but am learning a lot more about machining now.
