    Default G'day from Canberra!

    Hi All,

My name is Matthew, I'm a hobbiest from Canberra & I have joined this forum to hopefully learn more about machining & metalwork which has been & is a continually growing interest of mine. Wanted to send a thankyou out to the members & admin for letting me join!

    Regards

    Matt

    Welcome Matt...sorry I couldn't resist
You've joined a pretty good forum especially if you are just getting in to machining and metalwork, well, even if you are advanced at it.
Looking forward to seeing a ton of projects.
It might pay to look Ueee up, he is a top bloke.

Hi all, thanks for the warm welcome! Already feeling at home here!
No probs Phil! (I have never heard that one before! I guess I was probably leading with my chin there hey?)
Ueee, I'm sure I will need your help & wisdom at some point in the future. Blacksmith work is always something I have wanted to learn but have never had the opportunity to do so.

    Cheers

    Matt
