The last bill I had for moving a couple of smaller mills was a days work at $1600. This would be at least that so the machine will need to be cheap. Also I am not sure if the 100mm concrete floor would be up for it although the machine has a big footprint probably giving relatively low psi

That’s not an unreasonable price for a days work with a decent truck and operator.
Although it’s a bigger machine than the couple of mills you had moved, there’s potentially less faffing time dealing with a single machine load in terms of rigging, finding the balance point and tie down etc.
Concrete will be fine - Just do it!!

I know Peter O scored a couple of machining vises, they'll be heading over in a week or so with me.

Yep a couple of vices, a small Elliott mill vice that will join my restoration queue and a large-ish drill vice that had been bundled with it, very happy and thanks to Kryn and Eric for arranging pickup and transport. I was thinking of bidding on the planer and asking if they wouldn't mind grabbing that for me too?

I watched a bit of the sale online this morning but my internet kept dropping out, I was keen to see what the big planers went for just out of interest. I missed one sale and the other was up to $6k when I lost connection. Also it seems if you want an anvil, you have to REALLY want an anvil. $2300 on one, dunno about the others.

small planer 6k big one 6.5k, nearly all the machines went for scrap. My work got the big slash grinder.
i got the 10T arbor press and a 20-24" mic, wasn't even in the ball park for most of the stuff i wanted.
On MGS after the sale you can go back into the online bidding platform and look up a lot to see what it went for, but it only works for 6 or so hours after the sale.
