    Default FREE Stuff in Perth

A mate of mine who runs a heavy engineering workshop is having a big cleanup and is getting rid of a heap of stuff for free. The machinery is all 3Phase and some needs attention. If you have any questions please post here and I will try to answer them or find out about them.
Gear is available only as pickup from Bibra Lake.
If you are interested PM me as my friend is very busy and I'm trying to filter out any tyre kickers.

    The gear is as follows;

Arborga 6" belt sander - needs new pulleys
6m long steel bench - you can even have it in one piece and friend will also deliver it for a fee?
    12" industrial axial fan.
Old school hacksaw - this was his dad's so some emotional connection there - this has someones name already on it but feel free to put in a request in case they don't take it.
Heap of 32mm x 2mm x ~6m long steel pipe - this also has someones name on it but feel free to put in a request in case they don't take it.
A serious thread cutter - cuts threads in pipe/tube up to about 2.5" in diam - this is a fully running machine.
3 welders - I think 2 are stick and one is an old MIG
    A 1/2 tone electric hoist.
There is also an old massive Hercus flat belt drill press (sorry no pic) - also was his dad's so probably ~70+ years old.

Sorry but I want to keep people "just going to have a look" to a minimum.
The workplace where teh stuff is located is very dangerous and my mate is very busy.
If you can see something specific in the photos that interests you then let me know via the forum and i will arrange viewing.
AS this stuff is free and it needs to be gone ASAP this stuff has also been advertised elsewhere so it may or may not be available.
I am keeping a list based on who first contacts me and I can tell you whether its gone or when you are on the list.
Once its out the mates door I will post something to th effect.

Norm you are first on the list for the thread cutter.
Its a beast of a thing, about 2/3rd the size of medium size lathe and probably weighs about 4-500kg.
I will PM you more details.

Unfortunately I will not be able to pick up the belt sander that Bob offered in his post.

Hopefully someone else will be able to pick it up and put it to good use.

Again me apologies to Bob and his friend for any inconvenience that I have caused.
