    Default Tough Drill Press Badge

My friend Laurie made six of these by lost wax casting. They are cast in aluminium from an original Tough Drill Press badge (the original is sand cast in aluminium). There are four (4) left. They have been lightly polished to match the original in finish. They are curved, and fit on the front of the drillpress which is part of a truncated cone in shape. $50.00 each plus postage (they weigh just less than 100 grams when packed). This will pay for the material cost to making them. Laurie won't be making any more! One per person, unless they are not all sold. First in (by PM) gets one!

Does your friend Laurie want to make Douglas shaper badges? I have a need for one and I am sure several others do too.

I will ask him. He is not so fast any more, so you may have to wait a little bit! His lungs are suffering from a career working with acidic chemistry.

    A J

I am very patient so time is no problem. Unfortunately I don't have an original to copy and I don't know anyone who does.

Sorry to hear about his lung damage.

I have a Douglas (11"), so an original is not a problem.
