3 jaw lathe chuck
I have a 3 jaw lathe chuck for sale, 115mm diameter. It comes with a back plate and key.
The back plate thread is 8TPI, 1.5 inches in diameter, to suit a Hercus lathe.
Price: $60
Pickup from Gulfview Heights, SA

Hey Mate,
What brand was the chuck?
Just confirming you don't have outside jaws for it and would you consider posting?
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
I am unsure what brand of chuck this is. There is nothing stamped on it that shows this.
I do not have any outside jaws for it. This chuck came as a spare with my lathe which I purchased many years ago.
I have not used it. The jaws move smoothly without any noticeable wear.
I would consider posting.

You go for it racingtadpole, I really shouldn't buy another chuck without outside jaws.
thanks

Looks like a Taylor chuck!
Unfortunately I have never managed to get one of those.

If it’s something note worthy you can have it, otherwise it’s going to become part of a welding rotator.
