Lathe H&F 250 G
An acquaintance in the local Mens Shed wants to gain some room in his workshop, so his 'big' lathe has got to go.
The 'small lathe' is a Proxxon, as is a number of other tools, primarily CNC and routing/lasering light duty.
The subject lathe is a H&F 250 G as shown in the current catalog.
He tells me it has only been used 5 times, and then only on plastics.
I can believe this as for the last year he has been complaining that he cannot get into the shed because of taper-off work requirements.
The lathe is absolutely complete as advertised as a 250G package, all the standard accessories, QCTP, carbide tooling and stand.
Happy to demonstrate the lathe operating.
Asking $2000 or better, located St Clair NSW.

Had a discussion with my acquaintance about realistic pricing.
He will now accept $1500.
Note: seller cannot assist in removal of the 180+ kg. lathe.
Extraction would not be difficult, but it needs to be done by at least two hefty/knowledgeable guys.
Dollys of some sort would be needed.
John.
