    Default Myford Super 7 Gearbox

Hi to all, I am looking to buy a Myford Super 7 Thread Cutting Gearbox for a 1962 model lathe, if anyone has one for sale I would like a price please.

I am living near Redcliffe, Queensland About 25k North of Brisbane.

Any other Myford super 7 stuff will also be considered, if you send pictures and prices to powerclocks@hotmail I would appreciate it.

Can't help you with the myford gearbox, they are rare and expensive, but I had a thought.
There are a quite a few gearboxes around for 9 inch lathes. (without the myford premium.)
I think they both use 8 tpi lead screws.
Perhaps they can be modded for use on a myford.
    Anyway its just a thought.
