1930's 1940's and 1950's English Mechanic's, Machinery Lloyd and Machinery Magazine
I have boxes of Machinery Lloyd, English Mechanic and Machinery magazines for sale.
They cover the period of 1930's through to the late 1940's.
They are mostly in great condition as have been stored since new and hardly read at all - the staples are in good nick with little or no rust and no silverfish damage.
I was blown away with the condition of the magazines - some as old as the 1930's show hardly any wear.
Would make a great library collection for the period.
I purchase 2 ute loads of magazines as it came from an estate. - I wanted the Popular Mechanics (late 1930's - the 1950's) and now I want to spread the remaining joy around.
I prefer to sell each magazine title as a lot as they are mostly consecutive. They have some amazing photo's and articles as well as adverts for machinery.
Was thinking around $2 a magazine - the catch is that the purchaser pays freight or postage or picks them up as I am in Hobart Tasmania.

Around 33 American Machinist and the 'Butler' magazine (actually called Machinery and features a different manufacture of machinery on the front page each issue) - around 31.
They are heavy so it will cost a few dollars in postage - I will check the weight in the morning if your still interested.
PM me for more detail or pic's
Opened more boxes today and found a stack of new titles - see the new pics and PM me for more details.

Welder
I have a 34 Americian Machinist earliest is 1910 but most from the 1940 - great pic's of the old machines !!!
Also I have 13 of the European edition of the Americian Machinist - its simply called 'Machinist' it doesn't have as many pages as the the Americian version are you interested in that as well (1930s+).
Happy to post at cost but it will cost as they are heavy magazines - suggest you may want to courier them it may be cheaper.
Let me know what you want to do.
