I will post weight and dimensions when I get home tonight. It does come with a manual. I don't think it was ever in a Hare and Forbes catalogue as it was superceeded by the AL54b which is identical other than being able to swing 280mm

Have you ran it to see if the motor works.?
    Is it 240Volt

Also, where abouts are you located.

    Thanks Shane.

Yes I have run the motor and it does work, but I bought the lathe from H and F with no guarantee on the motor, the salesman told me about 50% of them have problems, so I cannot be sure it will continue to work indefinately.
    The motor is 240 V.
I'm in Faulconbridge in the Blue Mts.
    Regards
    Peter
