How do I remove the fan from a 260 motor? All the blades are broken.

We have 20 acres just outside Vernon and have some great views of the local mountains, nothing like the Rockies though. That railroad trip is definitely a great experience with some awesome views.

how warm does it get during summer...looks too cold for me, even though it does like like a very nice place

That was the dead of winter....it actually is very nice during the summer, although this year the rain seems to be the dominant feature. It's supposed to be clear and 32 all next week (Celsius :D) It's a pretty normal temperate zone here, 50* LAT, 30's during the summer, hangs around 0 to -10C during the winter, some days get to -20C, around 4-6' of snow annually, very easy to enjoy all year around.
