Hercus bed and saddle
Well in case you guyz haven't been to eBay
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/LATHE-BED-for-HERCUS-9-Swing-Lathe_W0QQitemZ350136495518QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_BnI_Woodworking_Metalworking?hash=item350136495518&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318
never been used for machining and it has the slotted cross slide that everyone goes nuts on. Sigh mine is sitting on a shelf I prefer the ordinary one as it is so much easier to clean. I can see I will need to refit it though for a couple things I would like to try though.Cheers
