Default Oiling a live centre ?

Good evening everyone. Possibly a silly question here, but i got with my machine a live centre that came with it. It seems to have a few oil ports on it ? it looks quite old and likely original to the machine 'shrugs' i'll take some pictures tomorrow and perhaps i'm just being silly, or something haha

Normally live centers are greased for life but it would depend on the design I guess. I have seen some with a single oil port, more than one would be strange.

I have an old MT4 live centre on the Macson that has a single oil port - no idea of its heritage as it has no markings and was picked up at a swap-meet some years ago.

No oil port on mine, so I just put oil in the gap between the body and the centre.
