The dark blue coloured squirter is the flood coolant.
Delivery is via the thick yellowing silicone tube that looks like its coming out of the red ball handle
The mid blue one is the mister. delivery is via the thin transparent tube linked unto and old transparent detergent bottle as the reservior for the misting oil (75% oil/25% kero)
The black tube is the air supply connected to a cheap air pressure regulator reducing the pressure to ~35 psi.

My flood coolant nozzle came with a mag base but the mister didn't so I attached a 12mm thick piece of ally plate with a 25 mm hole in it to the mister base. Inside the 25mm hole I put a 25mm thick REE magnet held in with a grub screw though the Al.

I bought a Noga Mini Cool about 2 years ago for my 260 and I only used it a few times before giving up on it. While I agree it doesn't leave a mess, it does coat everything with water. I added Kool Mist 77 additive to the water which is supposed to inhibit rust, but I can't bring myself to leave the lathe covered in water, so I would mop it up at the end of the day. I also found the Noga gets in the way. You've got two hoses to deal with and the air nozzle which I was constantly fiddling with.

I almost exclusively use carbide inserts now so coolant isn't necessary. When I do use HSS tooling I brush on cutting fluid.

The Noga is a very nicely made piece of kit. I think it would be brilliant on a milling machine for blowing away the chips as well as providing cooling. But I don’t think it's much use on a small lathe like a 260. Especially if you use carbide tooling.

I don't know where you are in Melbourne, but if you wan't to come and see mine in action send me a PM. I'm on the Mornington Peninsula.

EDIT: I was cross posting with Bob. I see he uses oil/kero instead of water. I haven't tried that.
