Comes down to how much you want something. Australian Metalworking Hobbyist often have accessories that are, to me, reasonably priced.
F W Hercus has been a great source of parts and attachments and maybe even more importantly, advice since I bought my first lathe back in 2002.
I appreciate your comment about the scanning.
