Thread: Hand operated trailer mover

I bought a cheap trailer mover from a old aussie bloke that thought he pulled one over me, arrived and inspected it seemed to work without a load, got home and got it on the trailer forward gear wouldnt work like it was maxing out hitting a clutch and slipping gears probably why old mate sold it so cheap
A few back and forths and forward gear started to work again
Works great now, its a little quieter than my other mover but not silent it sure does fix having to jack up the trailer x times a day

That's a pretty impressive unit, particularly with the steering feature. While it's a bit rowdy, I wonder if you're going to be able to make something much quieter, given the torque and gearing requirements.
