Default Tilt trailer drawbar latch - wot is best design

I am currently tossing up what type of catch to put on the drawbar of my 3.5T tilt car trailer currently under construction. Does anyone have any good ideas on a convenient latch that I can use to lock the drawbar into place ?

Mine uses a spring loaded barrel bolt welded to the chassis that slots into a piece of angle iron that is welded to the subframe..

    Jex,
I have just come in from helping a mate start a tilt trailer project. He is a mechanic and had one to retrieve dead vehicles, evan caravans, to work on them. His "Mark I" was about 25 years old and he only sold it 2 weeks ago to fund this new project. I will include a couple of photos to show you how he latched down the "Mark I". He used 2 Slam Catches, used on cattle yards. They are made from 20mm round bar with springs to latch them. They are very robust and worked well.
I could get a close up of the Slam Catch if you like. I would have to actually take a separate shot of one I have here at home.
    Just do it!

    Kind regards Rod

im not keen on catches as some of them rattle about at least with bolts the tray is bolted down tight to the draw bar .

I did the same as Mid Life. Brackets and bolts where the chassis crosses the draw bar.
