Gidday
Yeah I got the 4" MAkita version n its pretty much gutless N totally useless 4 any 'heavy' type work................
However Ive found it invaluable for light work (Both cutting N grinding) taking of Burrs N anything that requires a bit of light finesse or light polishing/touching up!
They come into their own in 'Onsight' situations N places were getting access to power becomes an Issue...............
I use it regularly @ work though rarely in the home workshop arena!.........................
Like all this kinda gear though there worth their weight in gold on that rare occasion were U cant hook upto power or doing lots a tasks that dont push the unit beyond its capabilities!
In saying all this I'd never view them as a tool I'd hurry to add to my kit. There just to dam gutless compared to a solid corded unit!!!
