How to build a vrd tester with variable resistance

With a variable resistor

Shell out a coupla hundo for the Australian standard, I'm sure it will reference the testing method/equipment.

Most of what I've heard abou4r VRD is what the Open circuit voltage is (can use multimeter to measure this IIRC), and a reaction time for full beans after arc is struck.

What are you hoping to achieve by testing?

Find a uni student they will have access to all the Australian Standards via their library.
