Default Cigweld 60 amp plasma cutter

I needed to cut up a heap of railway line and my unimig 45 was not up to the task and after a friend bought a cigweld cutskill 60, I gave it a test run and was quite impressed.

Here is a video I made of it severing 40mm thick steel. The unimig machine which is still a great machine barely did 25mm.

I've only had opportunity to test it so far, not actually use it, but a couple of weeks ago I bought a CIGWELD Cutskill 45 and I'm also very impressed!

I couldn't quite justify the extra four or five hundred dollars for the 60 Amp unit, as I have oxy cutting gear for the thicker stuff, but I really like the ease of use of these machines. It's a far cry from my 20 odd year old UniMig 30 Amp unit that really struggles to cut more than 6mm.

    Cheers,... Jon.
