Everlast Equipment or is it Neverlast?
Looking around for a decent 60 amp plasma. Seems to me in this size which is about the biggest single phase plasma cutter you can get the choice is an Everlast or a Cigweld.
The Everlast has a significantly better duty cycle then the cigweld and is quite heavier in weight.
Anyone have any experience with Everlast? It seems the local dealer has absolutely no stock of anything Everlast though https://www.everlastwelders.com.au/collections/welders
Anyone know of any other options for decent 60 amp plasma cutters?Gold, the colour of choice for the discerning person.

Absolutely no experience with them Richard, but as I recall several big names in the YouTube creator Community, or at least the U.S. based ones have Everlast gear and seem to like it. (Adam Booth for one) Possibly they have a similar reputation to the TokenTools gear here in Australia. I find it remarkable that the Australian agent has no gear at all, perhaps Covid will be what they blame for their situation.

Don't take any recommendation from Adam Booth, his channel is just paid advertising these days. A mate in Andamooka has Everlast MIG it was not cheap around $6000, he is very happy with it

Plasma cutter
Hello again to all.
Single phase plasma cutters can be limited by the power available. At 60A output it might need 25A from the wall. I sell 45A 240V plasma cutters with confidence that they will work well. You have a good choice but I have had a good run with the Razor 45. Spares are at a good price as well. You may get a bundle deal this month with an air filter.
Regards

I have 32 amp sockets at my disposal, and ideally I would get an 80 amp but they do not import 80 amp 240V plasma cutters and they would need a 63 amp socket, which I now see are available in Australia being some European standard (they go up to and over 100 amp 240v sockets and plugs)
I already have a Razorcut 45 which mine actually puts out 50 amps, but it is just not cutting it for my needs these days. Even for a razorcut 45 you cannot run them successfully off a 15 amp socket at full output. Mine just keeps flicking out the 20 amp use in the switchboard.Gold, the colour of choice for the discerning person.

Everlast Quality
I have an Everlast TIG Welder - It has all the bells and whistles and the quality is wonderful. The cables, clamps hand pieces are all top quality and it works exactly as it should. I can't recommend them enough.

I am going to get one think. Just waiting on stock. It seems they are going to be as good as the brands like Unimig which I think are sort of middle of the road in quality and priced along those lines.
