Token tools Alupulse 210 Pro - who's got one?
Hi all,
My original (circa 2007) Token Tools 200a AC/DC TIG is slowly on its way out, so I'm looking to upgrade.
https://weldingstore.tokentools.com....welder-210pro/
The different AC waveforms on top of standard square wave, and a AC + DC hybrid mode is very appealing, as I do a lot of thin aluminium.
Programmable memory slots are a big plus, but not sure how many there are.
I did find that the waveform selections for AC and duty cycle are the same as the Miller Dynasty 210 DX.
Who has one?
What don't you like about them?
What is great about them?
Worth the $2700 with the foot control?
Cheers!

Yep I have one. I don't use it a lot but it has never disappointed.
The only problem I've had was an overly tight fitting bayonet on one of the cables which I was able to fix with two swipes of a file.
I love the memories - saves a lot on my own.
Mine has 8 - I think.
With an Ar reg, std torch and pedal (still haven't used it) mine cost $1800 5 years ago.
Yes I would buy another.

I've got the 215 Multi process model , which has the combined plasma cutter, I had a minor issue with the hf start but a quick call to Pete at Token and he ran through it with me to find I had a slightly out of adjustment points.
No issues since but have only used for aluminium so far. IMO a good machine with great back up if needed.

I also have the 215 multi process - I already had a plasma cutter, but it wasn’t much more and now I have two!
I also got the foot control and the mini torch. This is great for light work - it’s almost like a pencil with a very light cable.
No problems in 5 years.
