    Default Foggy lens

Anyone have any tips on how to stop my window in my helmet from fogging up in this cold weather? Apart from holding my breath during welding, I can not think of anything, tried spit and window cleaner etc 🤷🏼♂️.
The helmet is a top shelf speedglas with the flip up front for grinding, thanks.

You can buy anti fog spray or wipes. Designed more for diving masks etc. but I can't see why it would not work with welding mask.
