    Default MIG brass ?? Yes or No

    need to make up access panel frames for a job.

    outside frame will be 20x3mm flat bar

    inside frame will be 20x20x3mm angle

    can we use a differnt wire and mig it togther.

    welds will not been seen if miters cut nice.

    or does it needed to be done with soilder style with a torch

    You may want to look into silicon bronze wire, I believe you need to use straight argon gas with it. If it is only a small job it may not be worth it as the wire won't be cheap.

    tig dont have one.

    brazing is option is this hard to get a decent joint with some strength

    I find it pretty easy to get a nice joint. Joint needs to be close fitting.

    Brazing gives quite a strong joint, but not as strong as fusion welding. But I'm not sure how to quantify actually the joint strength.

    One of your deciding factors will be colour match and appearance.
    Silver Brazing is probably the easiest method but as Vernon said, close fitup is imperative.
    Given that you do not have a tig welder and that silicon bronze wire is very expensive, (the last time I priced some Amplitrode it was around $1200 for a roll!!!)
    I think Silver Brazing sounds to be the best option
