    Hi
perhaps time to buy a new machine
The 141 is quite an old machine and one of the first vrd types and from memory it was dogged with all sorts of electronic problems a replacement board will be hard to come by and be expensive I would scrap it unless
it welds despite the warning, in which case ignore the error and use it till it dies
A replacement machine will cost less than $400.00 which is probably a lot less than the 141 cost in its day

    Hi Dan,

This error code means the input mains supply is greater than 264 Volts AC. Are you running on a genset?

I have heard thats its proably the board and to throw it in the bin, i am un sure of how old it is my old boss gave it to me. It was working fine the just died. When it puts this warning up it will not weld, and it occurs regardless of where its plugged in eg gen set, home, wrk shop.

    Thanks for the replys guys

    Hey guys
I asked my father inlaw about it (he's a electronics engineer) and he said its worthy of the bin also. So last night I pulled it apart to satisfy my curiosities about what was in there. I said to my Misses it would be funny if I cleaned it and it worked. So I blew it out with air cleaned some terminals put it back together and it worked!! Couldn't believe it. I pumped 30 rods or so and no issue at all!!
Guess I'll buy a new fridge now instead of a welder haha

    Regards

    Dan
