View Full Version : How 'bout a toolmaking forum?

I was thinking the other day that it would be good if there was a forum where you could post about tool and jig making, then I happened across those pics of the gauges made by Major Panic and I got all inspired.

I know there's the handtools etc. one but that seems to be more for reviews and where/what to buy etc.

So what do you think about creating a "Tool Making" forum for anything to do with making tools and jigs and other doodads? I reckon it'd be pretty interesting. Then again, my wife thinks I'm a bit of an oddball, so maybe I'm the only one.

I don't think thats being oddball - I think this is a good idea.

Not an oddball idea at all.

There must be some really innovative homebuilt jigs and tools out there, and I for one would love to hear about them.
