how can i build a centrifugal casting machine for gold/silver jewelry,eg, rings,etc ? thanks

Factory neighbour uses a lathe, and a tube/mould with stepped end caps. Chuck end is sealed, tailstock end has a large enough hole to pour metal down a ramp into the tube.

This is for pouring bearings, though. Packing with moulding sand, and ensuring the metal travels into the mould correctly, might be a little trickier

many years ago when I was a apprentice we used to melt down the silver contacts from large DC contactors to make jewelry. We used cuttlefish shell to make the moulds but only poured metal into them.
might be a simple medium to make the moulds out of.
