I'm an amateur metalworker, love getting out the arc welder and creating things around the home. Looking to forward to contributing to this forum.
I'd like to ask a question maybe someone will have the answer for me. Where is a good place to buy 9" 230mm cutting and grinding discs.
Having trouble locating the discs here in Brisbane. Thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard!

I'm not in Brissy, but the likes of Total Tools definitely stock them. Should be a branch somewhere close to you.

You could also try Smith & Arrow if you don't mind buying online.

Hi Ben,
Welcome to the Forum.

The 9 "angle grinder has been given a bad wrap over the last several years.More so because of the users lack of understanding of the beast and operator failure to observe common sense operating precautions. Hence being banned by in general by industry the once big turn over of discs for that unit has reduced and become a bit harder to find. Bunnings -Indooroopily have them according to google but you may have to ask at your local Bunnings. They will get them for you.
