I have a good friend who has built a CNC metal machine and he is trying to find the name of a plastic material that is used to test the pattern before using the expensive final metal. He doesn't know it's name and internet searches have not revealed the substance. However, he describes it as a pink plastic and the picture below is the material.

376007

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think some members have made their own in the past. A mix of wax (candles?) and plastic shopping bags. A search should find something.
