I made up a draw bar for my Hercus mill last week.
I basically just copied a Hercus made one that came with the mill. The draw bar is for a ER25 collet chuck. I made a real crappy one a while ago but it made me sick just looking at it (I have no photo's of it - just some black bar with the thread and a couple of washers welded onto it). It's a 3/8" x 16 TPI thread so I had to use a die.
Now I have to make another one for the keyless drill chuck.
