Probably this thread does not belong here so I don't mind if a moderator moves to a better place.
I'm currently chemically etching aluminium tube, applying resist by hand, and want to move to what I hope is a faster, more accurate and neater method of electrochemical etching. From my research it appears that there are a lot of commercially available set-ups out there and prices vary enormously and so, I'm sure, does the quality of the results. Can anyone give me a report on good or poor set-ups that they have used?
What I'm after is deep etching rather than just shallow surface etching.
Cheers, tiprat.
