Hi gents,
Anyone have a spare backing plate laying around with 1.5x8 TPI threads to suit a 5" Burnerd chuck? Or maybe even a junk chuck that could be parted out? I just acquired a nice Burnerd 4-jaw self centering chuck which has a backing plate for a 1-3/4 spindle so I'm looking to change it over for the Hercus. I'd even do a straight swap if anyone happened to want that backing plate.
