ROHM 8" outside chuck jaws

Can anyone advise where I may purchase outside jaws for a ROHM 8" 3 jaw self centering chuck - unfortunately I am missing one and so must buy a new set - the chuck is camlok & mounted on a 1981 Takisawa 7" x40" lathe.
