I had a good report from the Doc with my Diabetes, so, won't eat too much of the wrong things and only a few beers.
Last year my numbers took until February to get back to normal.
Last night on the ABC TV they looked back over the year with the news. I watched about half and turned on to something lighter. Is there any good news??? We have to only watch bad news.
