"Please do not text, phone or use Gumtree email" - so I guess that leaves mental telepathy?

I think for what it is, he'll have to drop the price, no good for screw cutting, just a very basic machine. Better machines around for less money also.

Bugger, missed that entirely. :U
Probably in a box somewhere.
Lathes UK do an interesting write-up on what they say is a rare S+B model that is based on a German Boley.

That S&B lathe , I believe the lead screw runs along the centre of the bed so maybe it does do thread cutting ? Seems to be some change gears there . The base/cabinet is incredibly solid, look at the thickness of the casting . Somebody thinks its worth the money !

To me it looks to be quiet an aesthetically pleasing machine. The switchs are a bit ugly. Probably lose them to the side and put in a safety cut-out kick-bar would be the go.

Last two pics when you scroll across show the tailstock and a centre mounted at the right end of the bed, but pics may have been added after the initial current listing.

Ah guys,, this started out as a thread about a T&C accessory that someone found listed. It is not the general ebay/gumtree thread.
