View Full Version : Big old Queensland Rail lathe at Toowoomba

Its a bit hard to see past all the junk, but there is a big old lathe beneath it all that was originally a flat belt drive, its probably 8 feet between centres, 12 foot long overall. Removing it from under the house where it resides will be a challenge, originally it went under there in pieces and was reassembled.

The owners know its worth nothing, they would prefer it go to someone who can use it rather than the scrappie. If there is any interest pm me and I'll put you in touch with the sellers.
