I am sorry to hear that.

We are moving to a web based store to alleviate these problems. I know a lot of people like to touch and feel, but it has not worked well for us. It is a very limited market, and as I am sure you appreciate without the specialised staff and without the cash to hold $100k + in all locations it is very difficult. We will increase our presence in trade shows and so forth to compensate. Unless the market grows in Blacksmithing it is our only sustainable option.

When I'm after something next between trade shows, if possible I'll order through you with either collection only from Preston or by post.

You can't be blamed for the local staff.
