Hi All,
I've used a 8in. Wire wheel on my Grinder, but it has never done a good as job as that
Can't say I have seen the Wire Wheel he used, & are they available in OZ.

I won some similar angle-grinder wire brushes at an auction a long time ago.
Wire brushes ... like this ... Twist Knot Wire Wheels (http://www.workmate.com.au/products/twist-knot-wire-wheels)

Cheers,

Those are my favourites.
Here is another; Blists Hill Victorian Town Ironworks - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2GHI9-6gMI)
Features a Double arch steam hammer knocking down some material before it is run through a bar mill.
enjoy,

There was a modern BBC program ... in my head/memory something to do with 'puddling' furnaces.

They pour out a blank about 2m or 3m long then skit it across the floor to a progressive roller like that one had, but I think it was just above floor level so they flung it back under to go through again with it getting longer and longer - and throwing this red hot metal around at everyone's feet.

Perhaps it was a short video to do with the Hawley collection website? or else a 30m/60m BBC program.
That's a bit annoying ... trying to recall.

Cheers,
Paul
