I've tried the wheels on my mill but it was too unstable. Now its bolted to the floor and I clean out the swarf with an airline. There's a gap of about 50mm underneath so it's easy.

Tried it all the way down to about 10 psi through...
Tried it all the way down to about 10 psi through a regulator. Still sprayed sufficient lubricant for steel.

I've got a Rossi TIG, stick and plasma from ebay. Edison's is the seller. Great for the price and work well. The earth clamp and arc handle are a bit weak but easily replaced.
