Kenny, one interim solution would be to print some plastic ones on a 3D printer?
I have just started experimenting with that to get the gears I need to cut a metric thread on my ancient imperial Senecca Falls lathe.
I don't have a modern enough system to run the current crop of free CAD programs at this point but this was a sample I downloaded for a Logan Lathe - 18T/ 14.5 PA / 16 DP and I was amazed at what was produced as a first go. Ray
